Hi, I’m Rubi!

I’m a trauma-informed therapist who works with adults carrying experiences that still feel heavy whether from past trauma, loss, relationship wounds, or long periods of stress.

Many of the people I work with are insightful, capable, and deeply self-aware, yet still feel stuck or emotionally overwhelmed. Therapy with me is a space where you don’t have to perform, explain everything perfectly, or rush your healing.

I believe your responses make sense in the context of what you’ve lived through. Together, we focus on helping your nervous system feel safer, your emotions feel more manageable, and your sense of self feel more grounded again.
