You will have to see for yourself, just about all my clients say they feel a significant improvement in their lives after working with me. Being able to talk about difficult life experiences takes a huge weight off people, and being able to have a safe space to be able to talk, feel validated, and work towards your goals are all a recipe for therapy working and you finding peace.

Yes, I offer in person sessions in Draper, Utah, or you can meet with me virtually in the comfort of your own home.

My therapy sessions are $165 for individual therapy, and $185 for couples therapy.

I offer out of network benefits where I give you a superbill at the end of the session and you can submit it to your insurance for reimbursement if they cover it.
You can also pay with an HSA or FSA card with your insurance if you'd like.
I accept bishop and clergy pay.
I accept all major debit and credit cards.
I accept Aetna, Cigna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, and United Health Care.
I accept CVR applicants who have approved therapy sessions from the Utah Office for Victims of Crime.

The first session will be us discussing more in depth what brought you to therapy, your life story, and what you want to work on. We will go over a game plan for you to reach your goals. Most clients feel great relief after being able to speak about things they may have never shared or haven't talked about in a while with anyone.

However often you'd like, although I typically recommend once a week or once every two weeks at first for the best results, and then as you feel better we can meet less if you'd like.
