I’m currently only seeing clients virtually via Telehealth across both states, Texas and Utah.

My therapy sessions are $150 for individual therapy.

I offer out of network benefits where I provide you with a superbill at the end of the session and you can submit it to your insurance for reimbursement if they cover it.
You can also pay with an HSA or FSA card with your insurance if you'd like.
I accept bishop and clergy pay.
I accept all major debit and credit cards.
I accept Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, and United Health Care.
I accept CVR applicants who have approved therapy sessions from the Utah Office for Victims of Crime.

The first session consists of going over what brought you to therapy, your life story, and what goals you want to meet. We’ll create a personalized treatment plan to help you reach your therapeutic goals.

However often you'd like, although I typically recommend once a week or once every two weeks in the beginning of treatment for best results. As you continue to see improvements, we begin to meet less frequently.
